I mean it seems pretty much a given at this point that winter driving conditions are objectively more hazardous than any other seasonal driving conditions in general
I get enjoying the weather for things like skiing but u can't really say that driving on ice isn't inherently more hazardous (potentially) than driving on clear roads at other times of the year. Also I get that "knowing" how to drive on snow and ice improves your chances of not getting in an accident but at this point, the people who don't know how to are never gonna know anyways and they just make it more dangerous for everyone else. Nothing you can really do about that
Plus, scraping/chipping the shit off of your car in the morning in the blistering cold, being late for work cuz of shitty driving conditions etc, the list goes on

Yeah true, it sucks for everyone. I've lost traction on multiple occasions and hit the curb extremely hard, even accidentally rear ending someone once. It's so infuriating bc even when you're careful and take precautions the conditons can be so bad its almost inevitable there will be crashes
