In theory, yes, but I need to get an idea on what's up in the draft. I've never pretended to know who to keep an eye on in college ball. I think the issue, from what I've glanced, goes deeper than just the QB alone. There's far too much talent for this team to be 3-8, especially if old Joe Flacco can get you to the playoffs. I won't say a QB is a priority quite yet because they'll be stuck with Watson for at least one year because it's just not financially viable to cut him loose this offseason. I see Winston signing elsewhere once the season is up because a lot of teams are going to be looking for a QB who can start ASAP who can either mentor a rookie or be a transitional QB.

Whoever owns the team should go the way of Dan Snyder unironically and leave
