First off the drumming in Fake Empire

they're no Conversation 16. highlight of that song is the horns at the end. I like that one, Slow Show, Apartment Story, Guest Room and Gospel. the rest pales to most of Alligator, TWFM and SWB. even the albums after those had better tracks (Rylan, Light Years, Tropic Morning News, Smoke Detector, Alphabet City, Weird Goodbyes)
