worked in a restaurant (largely in the kitchen) for four years and every friday and saturday the line cooks gave everyone the steak scraps from the night. shit would be lukewarm, burnt to a crisp and usually more fat than steak but after years of eating different iterations of that i have zero preference all steak is good steak
