Definitely agree with that Scoot. Bad Faith would’ve been a better single imo, and also I fucking hate when closers are singles. And I hate that I don’t have the self control to just not listen to it

Same. I really only check singles for hip hop these days. Metal and hardcore I just want the full package

I completely agree, I just don’t have that kind of patience lol

Again tho, I feel like the title track and Bad Faith would’ve made for good teasers without feeling like it’s giving anything away

@alex

I can kind of see where you’re coming from, just sound-wise Make Me Forget You does have bigger sense of finality to it but I think thematically We Were Never the Same kinda has to be the closer.

Indeed it was. I refuse to listen to closers as singles any more and ever since I started skipping them it’s been fantastic to hear them in context instead. Other one from recent memory was Greyhaven. cemetery sun at the end never having heard it was goated

They should play the last two here live together every time. It’s too good not to

Well they played Hell to Pay and Homewrecker back to back last time I saw them and it sounded exactly like the album so I hope you’re right!

Just did a playthrough, nothing stuck out to me at all. 10/10 would rather play Bloodmooon over this anyday.
