i feel like im being punked. can a band release a marginally aggressive album in the 2020s with out it being highly acclaimed on this site? i know were in a drought, but this is so mid its crazy. body horror sounds like every early 2000s alt rock song but with no climax and the heavy stuff is so fucking choppy and poorly written. i hate to be the one who hates on every new release but jfc. will give a proper listen later and hopefully the hype train makes some sense and its not just a product of people on this site setting the bar at waist level
