I don't know how that came up, but Disco Queen is a 1.0 song if I've ever heard one.
Only listened to this once and wasn't focused enough to confidently say how I feel about it. But at the moment it's "good but not amazing". Something different for them for sure. Closer rules, some very tame/empty tracks scattered throughout the album though.

Disco Queen is good. It's a bunch of Entropia tracks that you'd have the hardest time defending. Like Stress, ew.

Entropia has the magic of a good debut though. Always enjoyed that album. People Passing By is a standout track agreed < 3

Fuck you whoever said Below sounds like a Eurovision song. Couldn't unsee it the entire time they played it live.
It was a pretty sick gig though. I'm impressed at how good they are on stage

Distant Bells is such a strong song god damn. I have to say I'm liking this more and more. This is sticking with me way more than anything since Coal.

Yeah, so this is a massive disappointment on a first listen. Only the on the moment which really hits. This will take some time.

vocals on this are really self indulgent imo

Yeah this is a hard grower. Once you get over the fact that its basically the Einar show, it opens up in a great way.

"its basically the Einar show" pretty much yap...almost on James Blake style at times...this is like if Muse went pop decently

I just re-jammed Coal and it destroys this. I'm afraid that relistening to The congregation or Bilateral gonna make low the rating more.
This album is just a pale reflection of what this band was.
