The new album leaked and...it's decent. Most of the songs are very good, but they don't flow well together at all. Some transitions between songs are so jarring I loled.
It's more of a compilation of quality songs (for the most part) than a cohesive album. Silk in the Strings, We Live in a Strange World, Constance, Secret Garden, and Holy Roller are the highlights.Yellowjacket is really bad and Hurt You and The Summit are boring af. The rest of the songs are pretty good. Cut the 3 aforementioned bad/boring tracks, add Blessed Be, and shuffle the order a bit and you'd have a very good album. As is, 3-3.5/5.

The album isn't bad by any means. 5 of the 7 unreleased tracks are excellent. But it is a problem that the worst 3 tracks (imo) are all next to each other on the track list lol. Doesn’t exactly make for a strong first impression. Back half of the album is excellent though. After repeat listens, the title track and Halcyon should be mentioned as standouts as well imo.
