Jordan’s vocals are super subdued on the album which sucks cause he’s arguably better than Oli

Although I sorta dig the "good bad singer" thing, yeah Jordan > Oli in terms of vocal ability.

Ok overall this is pretty crap

Every time it gets interesting it cucks you with the trite bubblegum hook cliché. That's 3 albums in a row of Oli regurgitating this cheese. Wheres the good old bmth that was blasted on adhd and cocaine.

Otherwise nihilist blues and fresh bruises are decent. And the latter doesn't even have Oli on it

Three albums in a row? I don't remember Sempiternal being "bubblegum" in any way.

literally how, that one's the most aggressive track on there. Sleepwalking is the most poppy song on there imo.

Was this comments section the one where everybody was disputing and ranking their closing tracks?

Y'all completely insane if you think Oh No isn't one of the best songs they have ever done.

Anyway, this thing is a bloody journey and i'm still not entirely sure how to rate it. I enjoy the hell out of it as the primary take away. I don't really expand my ears to much electronic or mainstream pop music, so hearing Bring Me's take on those styles feels super fresh as a result.

Standouts early on aside from the singles are Nihilist Blues (and I can't believe that), S.H.I.T, Heavy Metal and I adore I Don't Know What To Say. Wonderful Life and Mother Tongue are my favourites of the singles. I just got married recently so not apologising for loving Mother Tongue.

@Dedicated: Mother Tongue is really one of those tracks where I like the earnest and sentimental lyricism but for me, everything else about it is grating as all fuck.

btw, making songs about reactions to your music is the dumbest thing in the fucking world that a musician can do.

Started listening to this. I don't like these autotuned vocals, but the songs are actually well written so far. Weird feeling arise inside of me...
