Because I consider that the last piece of the classic era even if the sound is different. And it was my first favorite album.

I still see that one as a classic-era 'Tallica album as well, although of course the first four thrash albums are their most important ones. The Black Album is definitely better than Kill 'Em All also.

I cant really compare Black and Kill Em All. They sound like a different band tbh. Both are 5s though.

True they are not really comparable, but Metallica is the only thing outside of their thrash era that can stand up to Kill 'Em.

I've been stocking up some of that classic era also. Only had Puppets, now KEA and RTL have been added to the collection. Was going to buy this as well, but it costs 20 euros, which is ridiculous.

I never spend more than 15, and then it has to be a really good one as well.

MOP is all I've ever cared about as a whole, although RTL is pretty close.

As I said it's harder. I guess it gets points for being at least a little complicated though.

Nice review. Metallica was never known to have strong bass until the "sell-out" albums, when they were attempting a more mainstream sound. By the way, I like the sell-out albums too. Anyway, this is an awesome album, but Master of Puppets is still better. I spent much time writing the lyrics to this album on all of my dividers in high school many moons ago, and given my own rating, I simply dig this album.
