I don't think this is weaker than TBEITBN. The first half of that one was pretty bad for Thrice standards, except for Hurricane.



And it had "Wake Up". Which was even worse than the worst song on here imo.

Long Defeat works very well live at least.





And since the Fire EP, where they pushed more in that progressive rock direction on tracks 3-6, i have never really appreciated that kind of style for Thrice because it lacked the emotion that songs, such as "The Messenger" had. And this is also what i do not like about the window. It's not a bad song, but it's just so straight rockish that it doesn't catch me.



I was disappointed about Seneca being that short though.

I checked as well and both shows thus far have shown a promising set list, although they seem to be playing Hold Up a Light. Guess I'll have time for a bathroom/beer break. They're playing Paper Tigers this tour and I'm so fucking hyped to see that song live.
