Yeah I'd say there's quite a few tracks here and there, but didn't hit me...Actually because sometimes it was too The National vibes (even in dressing lol). Relatives In Discent is perfect layered concept album though (5). That said...I could give more spins to other protomartyr's

"I mean I don’t know much about U.K. politics/society but there’s still hella homophobes in the world so I think it’s pretty valid. Preaching to the choir sure but they are just expressing their opinions like anyone else."

wait a moment so i recently saw a bunch of homosexuals complainin @ starbucks for not having rainbowcups. lemme tell ya one thing my friend ... if u - as a homosexual - have the luxury of complainin bout the design of some frikkin cup that is filled with sugary overpriced piss, then u - as a gay man/woman - have literally ZERO problems in todays age. none.

that bein said ... ofc theres still arseholes in this world, but why would anyone give a shit. this is why homogenda in music is laughable at best. at most its painfully pointless.

It really boils down to what for you is homophobic behaviour.

I was called a transphobe because I said I wouldn't go out with a trans woman. Imagine that.

no biggie man. we live in an age where the mere claim of sexual harassment is able to demolish entire long ass careers in a blink of an eye. but ofc its more important to point out the devastating homophobia in western culture. shooting empty bottles has never been more fun!

Or they could just be over-privileged urbanites who are used to living in a tolerant, liberal city, while LGBT+ people are still routinely kicked out of their homes as teenagers, face systemic oppression in many places, have higher rates of homelessness, drug abuse, and suicide worldwide, etc. etc. etc. Just because some metrosexual New Yorker can strut around demanding rainbow coffee cups doesn't mean homophobia isn't still a very real issue in most of the world. I mean for fuck's sake, homosexuality was just decriminalized in India less than a week ago.
