Review is pretty spot on. My only beef is that ihateit kinda blows, and is at least as radio-rocky as Rapture. 60-70% of the album is good and sounds enough like Underoath that I don't feel too betrayed. Still, I can't understand why huge bands like this crawl out of the shadows to drop a big comeback album, only for it to be Octane Radio material despite knowing the entire fanbase hates that shit. Seems like every band does this now.
In Frame is the best thing on the record.

I honestly don't mind the lack of screams on this considering the fact I loved tracks like unsound & driftwood. I just think the songwriting and production on this is pretty bad.

checked this out for the album art tbh and while to my understanding it's a more accessible outing for this band i thought it was pretty solid, especially the shouted vocals on "it has to start somewhere".
