@goblin I have no idea what you mean by that. Are you saying the sterile, over produced sound is supposed to be hopeful? To me it just makes it sound impersonal, and these songs deserve production that gives the songs the humanity they so obviously want to convey.

Idk these songs would not work nearly as well with raw production at all imo. Like the rawest this album could have gone and still worked is Let It Enfold You type production. And I get what you mean by clean production can make things impersonal but I don’t catch that even an inkling on here
