Also apparently my ear is shit too because I’ve always been told “No! This album is compressed as shit you’re wrong!” When I truly adore the production so what the fuck do I know? I’m always told the specifics of compression from sound geeks and why it’s bad but I just don’t care lol

I mean sometimes I do. I notice but I don’t let it get in the way if the music is spectacular enough. Too many people steer away from modern music because it’s apparently compressed, sometimes. I only notice it if I’m actively looking for it.
