They're all worth it dude, from their debut to here. Core is my definitive favorite, but every other album is a 4.5 or more. If you want pointers on what to expect from each I'm always glad to help out m/

Alright, I'll break it down for you and anyone that happens to read:
The fact is, these guys are still very much the same band as they were a decade ago, but they have undoubtedly evolved and morphed their sound, particularly in a much more technical direction. Their core dynamic of explosive lead guitar work with that signature tone combined with a dominating keyboard presence has remained, but how they implement it and the elements happening around it have changed.
If you want a pretty solid starting point, Core is the place to be. It's Persefone's most critically-acclaimed release and is the epitome of their original progressive death metal style. It's three songs of more than 20 minutes in length each drenched in Greek mythos, featuring amazing songwriting throughout. From there, go back to Truth Inside the Shades, their debut, which is pretty comparable but a shorter listen and less thematic/atmospheric.
Shin-Ken is when things start branching off prog dm and the technical aspects come in. It's got the most interludes of any Persefone album and is their fastest to date. The production makes for a much more raw experience, one that is very guitar-driven when compared to other albums.
Spiritual and Aathma are the top of the peak when it comes to full-blown technical-era Persefone. They're very alike in many ways.
So I'd say jump down to Core, see how you like it, then move to Truth -> Shin-Ken -> and Spiritual. Alternatively, if you really like this style of Persefone, I'd recommend you just go straight to Spiritual and go backwards from there.

I was thinking that this was the more impressive metal album so far this year but Super Snake has caught me off guard with the Sabbath doom riffing and stoner guitar solos and the Trophy Scars singers performance.

Might have rambled a bit but I love these guys a lot if you couldn't tell
If you really enjoy this, go backwards, starting with Spiritual
If you liked it but not very much so (4 or below) jump to Core. Make sure to listen to the original mix and not the remaster to get the initial feel of the album.

Their lyrics don't often get too much attention, but they're very good and always follow the theme perfectly.

It felt a bit long though, I would have probably cut the last 4 tracks, the ones named "Aathma:" and made them into an EP.

Congrats on the feature!

Thanks @Harry!
Love all the discussion this record has generated. Persefone deserves all the attention they can get.

Wow, compared to this Album, Core is simple and straight-forward.
I'm not sure yet whether if ran lower on inspiration this time, or if the album is just much to grasp it on first listen. No Faced Mindless sounded like it could be a 5.0.
