Dude didn’t want to make another Imperial and he’s still fuckin great when he isn’t shout rapping on hype beats. Ta13oo really shows how versatile an artist he is and I’m really interested where he goes after it

Yeah it took me by surprise how much I enjoy the mellow vibey tracks as much as the hype as fuck tracks. Like, I really enjoyed “this life” off of this but for the most part I’ve always turned more towards his hype tracks than his others and sirens and black balloons on taboo I think are just as good if not better than sumo and percs and bmt.

n64 and 32 zel/planet shrooms were far more original, versatile and interesting than ta13oo imo. his lyrics on the new one are so boring and he doesn't talk about anything interesting.

I found this record to lyrically be fine for the most part. A couple of the metaphors don’t quite hit the mark but overall I thought it was well done.
