yeah I'm digging that new tracklisting, Feral into Supercollider is magnificent. I don't really think it matters whether Twisted Words is there or not - I've put it on my playlist just to have all the songs from the sessions there for my convenience but I could take or leave it

"Burn The Witch" is the only way this album could rightly begin. It is harsh and judgemental. Jarring and riotous. The album progresses with more thoughtful and dulcent offerings of reflection and regret. Like burning your city on a night of lusty rage. A full moon transformation from man to beast. A Moon Shaped Pool. Most national monuments honoring a singular disaster contain a reflecting pool. Reflection. "Burn The Witch" is supposed to sound out of place.

It is so different from everything else on the record. It is very convoluted, yes?

"I won't get heavy

Don't get heavy

Keep it light and

Keep it moving

I am doing

No harm

As my world

Comes crashing down"......Every other song besides, "Burn The Witch", is an apology, or the words of a changed man. This is how is see it. A minority report to be sure!

I guess no one agrees..Hey it is art! I know what goes into issuing consistent musical missives. The difference betwixt an artist and critic is a fucking chasm. If people criticize, it would behoove ones position to listen for a reason for what you might not understand. Look for symbols, play on words, not only for how a song sounds but what it sounds. Grifter out! My reasonings have killed many threads. If you only who this alt is!

What is a grifter? What is a gift? No one even understood my nom de plume either.

not only do i think it's a great opener and fits this album well, it's becoming a highlight for me pots....definitely in my top 5 on here and it's all because of Thom's vocals
