Digging the new song a ton, wish it'd be out already for a nice thorough summer listen.
As for the guitarist, he already recorded for this album I'm pretty sure? But it also sounds like he may not be indefinitely out. The announcement made it sound like he needed to seek help and they'd re-evaluate things from there. Crazy stuff, but I'm glad the band is pushing forward. They seem like good dudes.

Idk if there's much clarity to it beyond what's been mentioned here. The band mentioned him being known as emotionally abusive and that they don't condone that, he was leaving the band for now to seek help for it. But others cite it being relationship turmoil/fallout, which could be plausible as well. Seems fair for them to distance themselves from him either way until more time passes or details emerge
