production for this one or the next one? I think this one sounds pretty decent.

you know how I complained about him overusing that stompy, fist-pumpy "fight thuh powuh!" mid-paced rhythm section on every album? Well it seems like half the new song is in that vein rofl. I don't hate it tho and I dig the atmosphere.

I liked it, too. Feels a lot more atmospheric and basically what Kentucky should've been like. Atmospheric folk bm ahoy.

If I ever meet you I will use the words "fight thuh powuh!" at least 3 times every minute while stomping on the ground and raising my fist.
Like the new song.

I find him boring for the most past. I love his splits and first two albums and it seems to me he's given up that "amateurish" feel for something more produced and less rough around the edges.

Dumb question: does anyone own any physical copies/know whether they come with the lyrics? It would appear that Austin is not in the habit of providing those.

There's a band called Nechochwen that just released an album called Heart of Akamon. It kind of reminds me of Garm-era Borknagar mixed with these guys (this guy). Should check it out.

That name somehow sounds familiar, will give it a shot. +
Edit: Actually listened to a few songs a few weeks ago, sounds pretty solid so far. Will probably prefer Autumn Eternal, though.
