I HATE DragonForce with a passion.They are just overrated.Spastic-quick guitar shredding doesn't make for good music,they can't even play it live.It's not a terrible album to be honest but I really don't see the appeal of DragonForce,even their name is kind of stereotypical of a 'metal' band...

Great guitar, but that alone doesn't make a good record, the songs all sound almost exactly the same, a truly great guitarist should be able to play more than one way, Herman Li and Sam Totman haven't proved anything I didn't already know about them with this record. The drummer is awful, he can only drum about three different parts, and he drums them in every song. The singer sounds like a really bad James LaBrie and the bass is lost in the mix.
Oh and the keyboard Nintendo noises are just pathetic

I'm an avid Guitar Hero player and I spent hours upon hours practicing TTF&F over and over again, so it kinda started to grow on me. Then, obviously, I was like, "Hmm. I should give the album a shot."
LOLS.
I got through about 30 seconds of the second track and then proceeded to rid my computer of this virus for good.

This album is decent tbh. TTFAF was my favorite track untill GH.
And i'm pissed cuz i can't play TTFAF on GH, my disc has that glitch that when i cursor over that song, it turns off and the screen says that the disc can't be read. Shame, I'd really love to try it out, i'm confident i could pass it.

I've practiced so freaking much. And the ONLY part that gets me is the intro. I can't hammer-on that fast. My friend can do it, but he has the ungodly powers of Herman Ri sheltered in his fingers. So yeah. Screw Guitar Hero, anyways. Rock Band is where it's at.

I used to do a lot of guitar hero with a previous #1 player (according to scorehero), Tapion013. I watched him get 730,000 or so on TTFaF. :eek:
he is now currently the #1 super smash brawl player in the world

Dragonforce is a pretty good band, their speed and quality of solos being some of the most outstanding features. The album as a whole is pretty good, but the songs seem too long and repetitive at times. For hat it lowers the score to 2.5.
