Lol at all the hate on this album. Learn to broaden your horizons and not be so concerned with what a genre or style "should" sound like, and judge it on it's actual merits. The vocals on this are great, slightly grating I guess if all you listen to is pop, but they're unique as fuck and that's rare as hell in rap and is to be commended. Plus the samples and beats in general on this are incredibly well produced, dense, and full of all kinds of tension the likes of which I haven't heard from hip hop beats since Wu Tang and Mobb Deep first stepped on the scene.
Pretty much if you don't have an appreciation for grime and punk rock, you won't like this.

tbh i was just expecting 'album sux' or 'album ruelz'. didn't think it'd provoke such a heated response.

yeah sorry to break it to you but just because you recognised a black flag sample and he shouts a lot doesn't make this some groundbreaking blend of punk and hip hop
actually can a death grips fan defend this album without trying to convince us that its just too abrasive for our virgin ears cos it just makes you look like idiots that haven't actually listened to much abrasive music at all
