I don't like Call the Police
American Dream, in general, is a bland-fest
Tonite, Other Voices, and the t/t are like the only tracks that really escape that... maybe Oh Baby on the right day

Us v Them is kinda like One Touch from This Is Happening, it goes on WAY too long for its own good, but it starts off great
part of the appeal of a lotta LCD songs for me is the lengthy hypnotic grooves. pretty typical of the kinda dance music that LCD takes after; once you start vibin with it, it's allowed to run on for a while rather than conforming to the tighter structural constraints of pop songwriting

Same way for me bloc. It took very long, but when it clicked some 10 years ago, it clicked mega hard. Can't deny those Talking Heads vibes.
Hope you like it Demon, this has been a 5.0 for me for a few years even. Same goes for This Is Happening. Debut is very nice too, didn't really like American Dream as much.

I tried again and although the start was fairly promising, I was thoroughly bored from ‘North American Scum’ onwards. A lot of these tracks are repetitive to a meandering, listlessly faulty / the atmosphere isn’t engrossing enough to carry this by itself
