They're my favorite band for several years now, and honestly I almost always skip over this album. Deception is its own thing - I'll listen to it in the car a lot, maybe April if it takes a bit longer to get to work or something, otherwise I can live without most of this at this point.

hollow is a rerecording of a bonus track from this era. when i first jammed this the copy had that song tacked onto the end. its dope tho
other track is honestly one of the best things ive heard out of them (granted its still like in that 3.5 tier im not like a huge fan or anything but much better than the shit theyve been pushing the last two albums). dan's screams sound good as fuck

Hollow is pretty cool. It’s interesting to see them go a bit heavy again. Makes me wonder if the new album is gonna explore a mix of old and new.
Regrowth is so fucking good and feels like them taking all of the great atmospheric moments of the last few records and perfectly adapting it to their old sound. Man, I really hope the next record is heavy like this. Dan sounds incredible. The groove is so infectious. Buying now not only because it’s for a good cause (helping Ukraine), but these songs slap.

Not sound, but just didn't fit the tone of the album. Could simply be that they didn't organically fit the rest of the tracklist. I still see this as an indication that the new album is at least going to be heavier.
