My blood pressure sucks and an entire pot of coffee each morning wasn't helping. Started diluting my coffee with half-decaf. Seems to help a little bit, don't taste much of a difference.

I can't drink coffee at all, I start getting terrible headaches and feel terribly nauseous after. Especially if it's something brutal, like espresso.
What's strange is that tea has no such effect on me whatsoever.

Tea isn’t as highly caffeinated. I’m pretty sensible with my coffee intake, usually just one (cup of) strong morning filter coffee and then maybe a cappuccino in the early-mid afternoon. Otherwise I just drink ginger tea and water...
until it gets to the time where it’s acceptable to crack open a beer, or open a bottle of wine 😄
I feel like the album might resonate with me more at this current time actually, might stick it on again soon. Feeling in a dissociative mood of late.
