I loved Angel Dust (still do), but then King For A Day... was released and it seemed like an accumulation of all they did before, crystallized, with everything in its place. That's why Album of the Year initially felt like a disappointment, it just didn't push things even forward. However, it grew on me a lot since then, both the slower and the sillier cuts are great.
