TGCD was more straightforward in many ways and easier album to get into. This one is a different beast, find it hard to compare.
Its Opeth-influences makes it interesting combination. But maybe a bit too dark and slow overall. Gets somewhat bland. Missing stuff like Viva's "Burn the Remembrance". Btw great track on their The Longest Year Ep "Sold Heart", works.
