Yeah, I really hope we get at least one of those. I also hope this new album they are working on is better than Burials. I'd rather them try for a more alternative rock approach over the "darkness" of Burials.

Too Late for Gods is one of their best songs IMO. Actually, pretty much all the Crash Love b-sides were gold.

Medicate is actually quite a jam, its just really straightforward and polished for AFI

Medicate is a solid song. Actually, most of Crash Love translated very well to a live setting. I saw them twice during that tour and wasn't disappointed at all.

Jammed this the other day in the morning and I can;t get over how great Davey sounds throughout. Definitely the last release where he was this damn consistent. I like it better when he just embraces what his voice can do now

Davey does sound really great on this album. I think after his vocal surgery he didn't want to risk doing anything too strenuous to his voice, so this album might have been the result before he went back to doing some more rough styles seen on Burials and the Blood Album. He also sounded fantastic live during this tour.



When I met him on this tour I remember telling him he sounded awesome live that night and he said thank you and genuinely sounded happy by the compliment.
