Dat drum intro on "Exciter" never gets old.
|
| |
This and SWOD are very close for me.
|
| |
That solo on the t/t rules face. Such a great guitar tone.
|
| |
I think SWOD might edge this out ever so slightly.
I hadn't thought about it much, but SWOD has the best riffs, is the most musically diverse, and just takes you to another dimension.
Wow, it took me a heckuva long time to figure that out.
Even if Binks was more technically skilled than Moore, Moore just fit the right mood for SWOD.

| |
However, this is easily 2nd best. Plus, "Beyond the Realms of Death" is one of the best songs ever made.

Preach it dannyboy

I think Binks is my fave Priest drummer, even if SWOD is the better album.
|
| |
Doing all this Priest jamming has made me realize how much they influenced Queensryche: the debut EP and The Warning have a lot of JP in them.

You don't say Danny.
JP influenced all the fuckin' metal community.
