Choir of the dead actually left me feeling a bit unsettled when I first heard it.
I had heard Mayhem and Darkthrone and stuff but nothing like the seething dissonance and inhuman atmosphere here.
I've since found some darker stuff (Nivathe, impetuous Ritual, Nihill, Nocturnal possession) but this can still put a chill up the spine in the right conditions
