I need to listen to more Fugazi too cause 13 Songs is fantastic. Two things to do tonight.

In/Casino/Out is better. Making this the second best post hardcore album ever for me.

Not even close. I don't get why so many users here praise that album. It's alright but this is damn-near perfect.

Idk, I just like it better. This is too shiny.

I love the "shininess." This might be my favorite produced album ever actually. It may seem a bit odd to say this but I like this better produced sound much better than their more raw sound. This may have glossy production, but it still manages to have a raw feel.

Idk.

I think In/Casino/Out is better too. Took me a while to realize it though.

I know what you mean actually. The production isn't really the problem with this though, its the performance. The songs here are all really fantastic, but on In/Casino/Out it was like they physically played the songs harder than most bands do, idk. Thats the only way I can describe what I mean.

And yeah Prophet, exactly. This is missing some of that energy. Still really amazing though.

In/Casino/Out is basically a live album, which is probably why.

I get the energy from In/Casino/Out but I really don't find it all that well-written or performed. It feels like a live album from a DECENT band, not a genre-defying legend. It's got some great songs but honestly I'd take the weakest song from Relationship over half of In/Casino/Out.

I've had it for roughly 2 years. To be fair I haven't given it more than 5-10 listens in that time period but if it somehow manages to grow from a 3/5 to a 4.5/5 I will be incredibly surprised.

I'd try anyway though, it has maybe one song that's not amazing.
