Lucky haha. I cook for a catering company so I can't really wear headphones in the kitchen.

Check Gorement - The Ending Quest if you like this. I mean, I wouldn't group the two together and it's really not all that similar overall, but if you dig the atmospheric approach to this album, you should definitely dig that album too. There's nothing quite like it (really not much like this either tbh).

Yeah this album is perfection, the atmosphere is unlike anything else.

Heart of the Corona slays too, jamming that one atm. Don't know why nobody talks about that one though. Of course it isn't on the same level as this, but it's still amazing.

Now I'm feeling like a bitch. May need to spin again and see if the upgrade is warranted.

Of course it is warranted.

Everything about this album is perfect. Plus, the atmosphere remains unmatched and this sound has yet to be replicated. This may as well be a 5 tbh

It's been at least 5 years since I've heard this. And I've got a 4 day weekend being a government employee and all, so I think I'll put it on the agenda to spin. m/

I've considered 5ing this a few times. It's the type of lightning-in-a-bottle underground classic that I love, like Extravasation, Dead As Dreams, Transcendence into the Peripheral, and The Moon Is A Dead World.

Same tbh. I'm jamming this right now, think I'm gonna just do it. E: Apparently I already did lol what

I'm just starting to wonder why this isn't generally regarded as a 5/5. I mean, nobody would deny that this is a classic. Album is fantastic from start to finish, not a dull moment to be found. It's unique too, which is rare for a melodeath album tbh and imo this is just as good as any other melodeath classic.

T/T is one of the best songs ever written but overall it gets a bit too samey for me
