If I had to pick which one was my favorite it would be a tie between Dead Winter Days and As Embers Dress the Sky. Whole thing is orgasmic though. Still think it's the best Agalloch album.

I'm just continually astounded with how much they cram in to Embers without you knowing it. That's what makes it better than Melancholy (which in itself is brilliant).... the clean guitar solo in Embers is sublime.

i don't have a favorite album
in terms of an album that is the most important to me, I would say Ashes Against The Grain by Agalloch. not only did it turn me to good metal when I was 13, it also turned me to post-rock, noise, drone and pretty much opened me up to music in general. it's probably the most important album I ever listened to.
in terms of my favorite Agalloch album, I don't have one. all of them are perfect.
