@ford I’ve had false awakenings on a couple of occasions, yeah. they’re pretty trippy, but I know that I’ll always get out of it unless I die in my sleep or something
@Ledd Sleep deprivation is a huge precursor to sleep paralysis, lucid dreams can occur in a ton of different ways though, what i do is set an alarm for 5 hours after i go to sleep, stay up and meditate for about 10-15 minutes, and then fall back asleep directly into my REM cycle

thanks, i've heard of the former but never experienced it before
one of the few lucid dreams i remember clearly happened when i was really young, like 4th grade. was in a classroom, realized i was in a dream, and just starting wreckin shit bc i knew i was all good
