First of all, I'm referring to something that he posted on facebook (hence me saying "on facebook"), but kudos for jumping on something you didn't know anything about
Secondly, there was a reason, but that doesn't mean you or anyone else has to be privy to it, but essentially he was banned for doing the exact same shit he's been getting banned for in the past, but this time he needed to go away for awhile (even if still posts under JesusLover or whatever the account is called)

I have him on fb and I don't recall him mentioning anything about you. I do remember him making a status thanking the people who stood up for him for his unjust banning, so don't flatter yourself.
And if you don't mind me asking, what was the reason? Posting a lot?

But technically you're right, you don't have to post the reason and can continuously avoid it like you typically do. Banning people and wiping comments without logic - I guess that's all it takes to be a mod nowadays.
