True, the dude already has all his degrees though. PLUS, he's actually my Social Studies (AKA History) teacher.

I find teachers that are into music like we are to be so cool. My 8th grade US History teacherwas a huge Beatles fan, while also being really into Ambient and even some noise rock stuff. He would always try to play it for the class but everyone always said it sucked (myself included). Saw him at the gym a couple months ago and we talked Brand New and stuff and it was really cool.

Also I hated my former english teacher for like a year and a half and then she receded me In Rainbows and she instantly became my favorite teacher, and one day we even had a convo about Aesop Rock and clipping. and Death Grips after class and oh man I should go catch up with her one day.

My History teacher last year likes Eagles of Death Metal. Sucks that I never asked if he was into QOTSA.

My seventh grade science teacher was in an acapella group and all he did was shove it down everyone's throats. "This music takes REAL skill to perform" he would always say. He had this Beatles acapella covers album thing that he played almost every day. He didn't let anybody listen to their own music because "I CANT CONTROL WHAT YOU GUYS ARE LISTENING TO THAT'S WHY. I DON'T WANT YOU GUYS TO LISTEN TO THAT RAP CRAP. IT'S NOT EVEN MUSIC. ALL IT IS IS CURSING."

He's probably the reason I mindlessly hated the Beatles until I joined this site and actually gave them a chance.
