Im a absolute huge mastodon fan, own their whole discog on vinyl even the rare shit and ep's. Personally I think this and blood mountain has there best writing, yet Leviathan is their best sound, and is their overall most consistent record.



I personally never felt the tracks on this record were too long, like i said before this is one of the only prog albums that doesnt put me to sleep.



God bless this band, out of their damn near 100 songs there is only like 2 that I don't absolutely know and love
