I stand behind FPU and LT, or more relevant for me...But this is a perfect departure record.

Can't argue on Demon's vision on being a bit bloated.

I can kinda see why this is considered bloated as it is quite long for this an album of this genre. But at the same time, what here would you cut? Every song slaps super fucking hard.

Off the top of my head, I would cut Post-Boredom, Thing With Feathers, and White Void. I'm sure one of those will be considered a hot take lol

That said, this is still incredible.

The only thing I'd change is I would put People Verses last, it's a fantastic closer. and then We Go Together seems like an unneccesary add on.

We Go Together is great in isolation, just think People Verses should close it.

Leonard K hit it perfectly. I would change nothing here but if I had to yeah, I’d cut We Go Together and let PV end it

cutting Thing With Feathers is wild

All This and War into that is the biggest 1-2 punch of the decade still

yeah I adore that transition and Feathers might be the most cathartic moment on the record

agreed. probably the emotional high point of their entire discography when you realize what it’s about. Amazing music video too.

That's not even the biggest 1-2 on this album.

Some mates and I recently did a little session with a playlist I mocked up with all the ETID guest spots. Scogin is definitely up there, but I still think I prefer Daryl Palumbo's spot. In saying that, they're very different styles of guest spot.

Gerard on Kill the Music is untouchable, imo. He couldn't miss around then. Absolutely electric.

I will recuse myself from Daryl discussions, because I've never been a fan of him besides on Decadence, and say instead that I was blown away by how well Brendan Urie fit with ETID.
