What's the point if the value of your fandom can abruptly tank to zero at any moment? No one's favorites are safe. Fans are treated as collateral damage, to the point where not even having a well-established reputation as critically acclaimed high art is protection. You're talking about the literal #1 album of 2018. A massive event. It's just fucked up to know that so much of the canon is this vulnerable.
