I'm 19. I don't really enjoy drinking beyond a light-to-medium buzz anyways.
Yeah, the 21 drinking age is absolutely absurd. Literally 95% of people in college drink before turning 21, so obviously it's not working as a deterrent. Instead of wasting time with DARE I wish they'd just make some alcohol ed like drivers' ed to make sure people understand the dangers of alcohol before they turn 18 and then they can just apply for a license to drink on 18. Makes no sense for it to be illegal.

I made a post about it, I just get really fucking stupid and embarrassing. I like having control of my brain, but a bit of alcohol helps ease me up which is definitely a plus at social events.
