Spreading the art damage love. Also, I haven't listened to Odd How People Shake in years and never really get the urge to although that is the album that introduced me to the band. I think that Art Damage, Always Open Mouth and S/T are pretty much flawless though.

Art Damage is easily their worst. I loved it for a short period of time, but its really boring and uninventive compared to the other three. Still an easy 3.5-4 though

Like I said, still a 3.5-4 so I'm not saying its bad. And it's good if you're in the mood for all out chaos, but I find I'm less enthralled by that stuff these days. I prefer the innovation, the textures and scope of their other stuff.

There is a ridiculous amount of layers in this bad boy. I've been listening to this for like five years now and I still hear new things all the time.

Right after this cd came out some random girl at the grocery store I worked at walked by me while I was jamming this on my break with one headphone out. She walked by, turned around, tapped me on the shoulder and told me how much she loved this album and how she felt that they really enjoyed this over the art damage style. She was probably in her late twenties, looked like a normal human and was fantastically beautiful and dressed in a work dress with heels. She then walked across the parking lot, got in a super nice car and drove by me blaring High as a Horse with the windows down, it was crazy.

bit clichéd, but ive never met a girl who likes anything like this. only girls ive met who like metal or hardcore are into Asking Alexandria and that stuff.



shame aswell, cos this is an excellent album that really doesn't get the attention it deserves.

Yeah that's why I tripped out, I haven't met many girls who are into this kind of stuff. I know a lot of girls who like Radiohead and Third Eye Blind and stuff like that, but not this. Only other time was in a Hastings and a girl had on a comeback kid t shirt and I started singing false idols fall and she smiled and said niiiice. Or at like concerts and stuff.
