If Daoboys didnt release a superior record the same year i would probably listen to this more and rate it higher. Should probably not compare those two but i think the Daobys made a more adventerous and exciting album than this, even tho the musicianship on this is obviously amazing

They've dialed it back on this album but they sound VERY ETID-ish at times. These guys are what happens when you smush ETID and He Is Legend together.

Ok. As someone who was underwhelmed compared to stereo grief, repeated listens have revealed that this album is awesome. More of a grower compared to previous albums and it’s great.

My surprise AOTY right here. It was a sturdy ~3.7 when I first listened, then I accidentally ran through it 50+ times, which is like twice as much as my number 2. Insanely addicting album.
