Pretty much confirms what I thought. Writing came to an absolute halt during the recording process of this album, following Fish's departure.

Fish probably quit because of this.
Also massive condemnation of Oli and the rest of BMTH for being unable to finish writing the tracks Fish set up after a full 2 decades in the industry. This band stays embarrassing in every imaginable way

Ok so they ripped off some The Story So Far guitar riffs and apparently are still the most “influential band”. Sorry just can’t take this seriously. So much of this sounds so plastic.

Ok I'm kinda glad I deleted my review now, expected most songs to sound like Kool Aid and Darkside, but instead most sounded like Lost, bothering me a bit more than I initially thought it would

"if a figure as significant as Jesus were to return to save the victims of Palestinian/Israel, the governing bodies would most likely eliminate them- just like Jesus was executed before."
The "Christ is King" Christian nationalists would call these lyrics based..

It's an intriguing listen - not sure how I feel about it still. Very bloated, and just when I'm about to listen to something else instead - something will grab my attention and I'll just keep on listening. It's just fun with all it's flaws, wish it had a little bit more personality to it, or just better lyricism in general...

very much liking this character arc of him going from "fuk ur faith" to "i'm an atheist" to "dude what if the world is a simulation and we're judged for our actions after we die" to "i'm a deist" to "jesus had some good ideas"
by 2028 BMTH will be ruining christcore too, brace yourselves

I really wonder how he would have sounded like without all the effects and autotune.

it really does bring the album down a full rating. i think he would sound pretty good without them. and yeah his lyrics were always bad but he's not even trying anymore lol. at least on stuff like hospital for souls he put in some effort.

I really want to hear the Spencer part because it sounds hilarious but I don’t want to subject myself to this shit, fellow good music enjoyers, is it worth it
