If that's the case then I, for one, welcome our AI overlords.

My only real issue with Nik is his clear lack of perspective on metal prior to the mallcore era.

My question is: have we reached the pinnacle of deathcore with the Pain Remains trilogy? Can it actually get better than that?

LMAO that cover of Hammer Smashed Face Hype XDDD

also that Falling in Reverse song is absolute crap, completely agree with what you said Mort. No wonder Nik Nocturnal loves it, It's Youtube-reaction-core

Wanted to see this live so bad, but buddy bailed and gf convinced me to go to touche amore with her instead. Made money on the tickets, but still bummed I didn't see it.

I like Will's cute face and his monster noises as much as the next gal but the production on this kinda soured me

Yeah I'm into it overall. 8 minutes feels a bit excessive though

I also dig it, production is better than on this one. They still need to learn how to incorporate their breakdowns in the overall song however

No reason it couldn't have been two songs, but I dig it. Thought it sounded pretty good. Besides Gojira and the sleep token / ghost types, Lorna has the most momentum in the genre rn so this is a pretty big release for the culture, like them or not. I hope they deliver.

I caught them three times supporting this album. They hung around nicely with Mastodon and Gojira, turning a lot of heads, but it was my opinion that Whitechapel stole the show on the lorna headlining tour. They just didn't quite have main-event stage presence yet, I felt.

New Lorna and Daoboys on the same day, what a time to be alive.
