Yeah, I don't blame ya. My anxiety spikes horribly when I smoke before social occasions. Been an every day for about 3 years now, and its getting to the point where it just isn't worth it anymore. Mostly do it at home by myself these days to enjoy music and video games in solitude.



Don't abuse it [2] very important lesson. Also only smoke when you're in a good mood, smoking when you're feeling anxious or depressed will only exasperate those feelings

yeah i was the same, would smoke on my own all the time as a way to relieve stress and anxiety and so i could 'properly' enjoy games/music. but honestly i feel like it just made me ok with being bored and zoning out. realised i had also made a friend group around smoking weed and that i simply didnt have much in common with them other than that

im more productive when im not smoking so im trying really hard to just drop it forever but honestly i feel so insanely bored and like im not treating myself anymore. but thats addiction babyyyyyyyy
