I always appreciate Limp Bizkit goofiness. Of course they get a lot of hate from people who dont like them, but in this day and age, everybody has the right to give their opinion, wether its good or bad.
Anyway, i think the album being short and diverse benefict the band, because it doesnt turn the audible experience into something boring or saturative. 30 Minutes of Limp Bizkit is way more digestable than over an hour of Fred Durst.

I think the more positive reviews for this are getting hung up on it being ironically bad, self aware, etc. That doesn't make it good.

Listening to Still Sucks puts a big ol' smile on my face, which is all I wanted from this really.
Cut the last half of Snacky Poo and add another riff-heavy banger and this would be the tits (I never stopped loving nu-metal).

I went into this wanting to like it but i'm not a fan. First two songs are pretty good and then after that it's bad.

I mean I can't really make a case for the best LB album being over a 2.5....so that's the top mark and you work down

The LB album that's freaking me out at the moment is Unquestionable - they really put in a shift as a RATM tribute act...it sort of suits them, but damn, surprised they avoided lawyers it is so obvious

I can only speak for myself, but I’ve always unironically enjoyed this band. The music is too fun to turn away. However, I get why people don’t like the band.
That said, with how shitty things are these days, the world needs more bizkit

they've always been self aware - Fred is a businessman not the next Bob Dylan and he's always known they're not that serious, more a party band
they've straddled the fine line between novelty act and metal band their whole career - and they've known it

This is cool album because I like it, it is cool so I like it, they say funny things, and I accept it, because they are relevant to their hearts

Limp bizkit makes politically charged lyrics: That sucks
Limp Bizkit makes beastie boys kind of lyrics: that sucks
Go suck a dick already. Like we say in our country "There's no dick that makes you happy"

You are clearly part of most of the group of 30 years old that started listening to nu-metal but as you grew older you realised that alice in chains and Deftones were better bands and you started to throw shit at nu-metal. I admit I did it during a period but the hatred of some it's like a sickness.
"YO SLIPKNOT RULES, LB IS FOR PUSSIES"
Grow up you dipshits.

Every fucking year I say the same.
The Metal community SUCKS. They put Devin Townsend, Maynard and Akerfeldt on a pedestal but you hate everything that's not virtuous enough. C'mon dude, who are you? a fucking bourgeois? gimme a break
