Nah this just sucks. Such an obvious commercial sellout. I mean props to these guys for hitting #1 on the charts, but they really shit the bed as far as following up Holy Hell. Which wasn't even that great of an album either lol

tbh i think the only real issues here are bloat (does this really need 15 songs?) and occasionally the melodies in the hooks...kind of suck? I mean I like the atmosphere of this album but man hearing hooks like the ones in "Demi God" and, hell even "Impermanence" does tell me they're not that concerned with littering it with accessible melodies...which does set it apart from the usuals in the Octane lineup.
