Appreciate the heads-up for sure

And nice to see Steakbro, but hopefully we can coax a bump of that rating, eh?

I would already describe this band as post rock infused screamo so it'll be interesting to hear how they differ

Yeah, the post-rock is strong here, but a heightened focus could lead to an interesting side-project

Idk I know the difference between the two genres is becoming more and more nebulous but I'd say this release is more post-hardcore than screamo

This is definitely more in the post-hardcore camp as opposed to skramz (which their prior albums lean more into). They just tend to get associated with that scene.

funny how they still labeled themselves as "post-everything" even before the debut dropped, which imo is their most posthxc release

also love how this one has crust and bm influences and nails them

so Fernando is out of Joliette, but apparently the rest of the band will keep it going, thought some of you folks would like to know

I'm truly fucking devastated, they are legit my favorite band from my neck of the woods, and he is one of my favorite vocalists and composers ever, what's worse is I never got the chance to see them tear shit up live

"Today as a band we are required to make this release.

We just found out that Fernando just deserted joliette. The band goes on, we have several projects on the way and in all these months we haven't stopped making music together.

As the former member says, there are great economic debts that were not settled. Today it is very clear to us today that there are ethical and values incompatibilities with it, a band is not a single member for those who understand well. Although he was part of the start (not a total) today he is not. No one here is a villain and who pretends to play victim role that falls on their own.

We have nothing more to say, we will continue to make music always and welcome those who want to keep listening to us.
