Oh yeah it was cool! It's just not something I return to often, I prefer the version they released back in the day personally.

It’s pretty different tbh. Different track order and the production is similar to Principle’s. It got shelved after their dispute with Cacophonous.

It’s not better but it’s still a classic.

Indeed, it's nothing special. But not worse.

I never felt it needed a remaster, unlike this.

Or wasn't this it Hawks? Dani's always great in interviews, honest and straight forward.

That Dusk album isn’t a remaster though it’s the original that got shelved. They didn’t touch it they released it exactly how it was recorded in 1995.

And Trif that wasn’t the one I was thinking of but I saw that one too lol.

Haha! Well he says 2019 here too, so that's a great cross-reference then.

Oh that's right, Hawks.

It had good things and less good things, ultimately it didn't feel necessary.

Eh I mean it might not have been necessary but I love it and I think it’s pretty cool to see what it sounded like with the original lineup and how raw it is.

This shit is just fucking vicious. If I ever need to prove that Cradle is legit to somebody who thinks they are pussies I'll show them Desire in Violent Overture. But any song from this would work.

That track is so distinctive, it almost sounded like a cover to me, but it surely isn't. Album goes super hard agreed.

I'm super excited to hear the remastered version but I honestly don't think I will like it as much as this. The production is so quirky and I think it really enhances the atmosphere. I don't think the production would work with Dusk, or Midian, but I think it's the perfect compliment to this album's material.

Yeah I feel the same way. Curious to hear this in a new light with another production, but the quirkiness gives this so much charm, it really is like nothing else that I know of.

More Cradle material is always welcome for me so I’m hype no matter if it sounds better than this or not lol.
