Fuck Winterdumb
Ne Obliviscaris is my favorite band. Hate all you want, idc. They did their first US tour, and shortly after started a Patreon campaign, where their fans can contribute to them monthly.
They made about 20k in three months and you know what they did? Immediately camec back to the US (they're from Australia!), burning every single dollar they made, and then some to do that. They post and tour and chat, and make playthroughs and design Merc specifically for their Patreon contributors and run contests where the winner gets something super exclusive (like a signed stage banner from a particular show).
And they're writing new material as we speak. THAT'S how you treat your fans!
